Seashore is the best park I have been too. We got there early but the lady at reception said the caravan was ready so we got the keys early.The caravan was spotless. My kids absolutely loved the live lounge. The fun stars and the seaside squad were fabulous. We went to the coast house for breakfast and the lady that served us was lovely, and breakfast was nice and fair priced. Even better my little boys got to see rory. We loved it so much that we have already booked to come back again, in October half term.As my boys want to use the pool. Can not wait to come back. Thankyou.
Just arrived home from a 3 night, long weekend stay at seashore with my son. We both had an excellent time! Started off on a slight negative, we thought we could walk from the train station with our suitcase as the website advertises it as 1 mile, it is not! Mr 8 year old was not happy! Apart from that everything was excellent. Somehow we were given a cheeky little upgrade to a fab caravan which overlooked the new flumes and the builders! They worked all day every day but didn't disturb us in the slightest, the pool will be amazing when it's open. Plenty of great, reasonably priced food available and I was pleased to find the prices in the Nisa shop the same as I'd pay at home. Stones throw from an amazing beach, little train running all day to yarmouth sea front, great entertainment. What else can you ask for?! Can not wait to head back when the pool opens.
Having booked this break last year outside of lockdown, we spent the last few months anxious that we wouldn't be able to go on this break, thankfully we were able to!
I had contacted multiple times before the holiday to enquire about the 'choose your holiday home' option and was told it would be ready however I was never given the option... This was not a problem in the end as I got to use it for my next break and by some lucky coincidence we were allotted the same caravan I booked for our next break - this made us very happy.
The check in process was fantastic, it was quick, friendly and contactless, we even got waved at by one of the characters who seemed to find our dog grinning at them from the back seat of the car hilarious!
We arrived at our caravan for the week to find it immaculately clean with a very strong smell of cleaning products (this faded quickly and I'd rather it smell clean!)
We had a small issue with the sofa in the living room where a board was missing so we were sitting in the hole where the pull out bed was, a quick call to reception and this had been rectified within the hour. The maintenance person that attended was friendly and was wearing a mask so we felt completely safe. He informed us that the vans were being left after guest checked out before being thoroughly cleaned and this definitely appeared to be the case for the duration of our stay!
We use the site as a base for dog walking so can't really comment on the facilities on site however they looked to be very well managed.
We have already booked for our next holiday, thanks for a fantastic break can't wait to come back!
